1. Accepting these terms
When you check the assessment consent box and submit your assessment, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the AI Disclaimer. A paid enrollment also requires a separate, unchecked acceptance of the Service Agreement immediately before checkout. If you submit information or purchase for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. The service and who it is for
FiveHour AI provides an assessment and a personalized AI sales-workflow professional-development program solely for adults already engaged in B2B selling through their current employment or an existing business where B2B selling is already part of their work. It is intended to enhance skills used in that current work. The founding offer currently described on the site is a one-time $99 program for a limited number of participants. Applications may be accepted before paid enrollment opens, and submitting an application does not guarantee a seat.
The program is not career-entry or occupational training, is not designed to prepare anyone to enter a new occupation, and does not qualify anyone for employment or promotion. It does not satisfy employer-training, continuing-education, or licensing requirements and does not award academic credit, certification, a credential, or licensure. FiveHour AI does not provide job placement or promise employment.
Depending on the participant, the program may include plain-English instruction, two fictional practice cases, worked and flawed examples, objective judgment checks, prompt templates, structured practice check-ins, a private playbook of reusable learning assets, a capstone workflow, and outcome check-ins. After FiveHour AI receives complete onboarding information, the personalized program is normally delivered within three to five business days. This is a delivery target, not a guaranteed completion date. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If additional review is needed, FiveHour AI will email an updated estimate. Private program access normally continues for 12 months from delivery, subject to the Service Agreement, Refund Policy, security rules, and applicable law.
To protect personal-review quality, FiveHour AI accepts no more than two new paid customers in any rolling seven-day period and serves no more than five active customers at once. A checkout reservation does not guarantee a seat until payment is verified.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18, already engaged in B2B selling through your current employment or an existing business where B2B selling is part of your work, and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Provide accurate contact, assessment, onboarding, eligibility, payment, and progress information.
- Use only public, fictional, or fully generalized information. Remove confidential content itself—not merely names or identifiers. Do not submit CRM records, transcripts, private pricing, contracts, credentials, personal or regulated data, customer information, trade secrets, or nonpublic company or deal details.
- Use the service lawfully and follow your employer's, customer's, and third-party tool policies.
- Review every output for accuracy, appropriateness, privacy, and compliance before using it.
- Do not use the service for deception, discrimination, spam, harassment, surveillance, or unlawful automated decision-making.
4. Progress, practice, and coaching
The private program may record baseline and final numeric self-ratings, lesson completion, and bounded practice choices such as your answer to a judgment check, whether it was correct, preferred challenge level, number of revisions or attempts, and whether an exercise felt usable. These records let the program restore your place, display progress, compare your own starting and ending ratings, and show coaching or retry guidance.
Practice coaching is deterministic: preset rules select guidance from the structured choices you make. It is not a live human review, individualized professional advice, or an AI evaluation of a draft. The program does not ask you to paste or upload the prompts you use, an AI tool's response, or customer content. You remain responsible for completing practice in an employer-approved AI tool, checking its output, and deciding whether or how to use it.
5. Program communications and support
We send transactional messages needed to process an assessment, payment, onboarding, delivery, refund, support request, or security concern. For an active paid program, we may also send essential program reminders around days 2, 7, 14, and 30 after delivery to help you find your private link, resume the work, complete the transfer exercise, and perform the final check-in. Timing may vary because of delivery systems or support needs. These are service communications, not promises of personal coaching or a particular result. Optional educational or marketing emails require separate consent and include an unsubscribe method.
During the 12-month access term, email support at hello@fivehourai.com includes help with access, technical issues, and clarification of the delivered program. FiveHour AI normally provides a useful first response within two business days. This is a response target, not a promise that every issue will be resolved within two business days, and it does not include emergency, legal, tax, employment, customer-data, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional support.
6. Fees, payments, and refunds
Prices and taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the charge presented at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. You should contact us promptly about a billing concern so we can investigate it.
An open payment dispute does not remove access to material already delivered. While a dispute is pending, FiveHour AI may pause preparation, review, or delivery of material that has not yet been delivered. That work resumes if the payment is ultimately confirmed to FiveHour AI; if the payment is reversed, the refund and access rules in the Refund Policy apply.
7. Educational use and outcomes
The service provides professional-development information and workflow guidance, not legal, financial, tax, employment, security, or other regulated professional advice. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated. You remain responsible for your decisions, customer communications, records, and results.
Five hours saved per week is an aspirational target, not a promise or guaranteed result. Progress displays, judgment results, self-ratings, coaching, reminders, and completion do not certify competence or guarantee adoption or performance. FiveHour AI does not guarantee sales, revenue, earnings, commissions, leads, meetings, close rates, customers, employment, promotion, or time savings. Results vary based on role, tools, starting point, implementation, and other factors outside FiveHour AI's control.
8. Intellectual property and privacy
FiveHour AI retains ownership of the website, service design, underlying methods, and general program materials. After payment, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use your delivered program and private playbook for your own professional learning and internal business work. You may adapt templates for that use, but may not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute the program as a competing product.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give FiveHour AI permission to process it only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service, subject to the Privacy Policy. Optional testimonials are used publicly only when you expressly grant permission.
9. Availability and third-party services
The service depends on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, and tools you choose to use. Availability may occasionally be interrupted, reminders may be delayed, and third-party services have their own terms. We may make reasonable changes to the service or program while preserving the core value of a paid order.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of a particular result, uninterrupted availability, error-free progress records, or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, FiveHour AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension, governing law, and changes
We may restrict access for misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or a material violation of these terms. These terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as the service changes; the effective date above identifies this version. Material changes will apply prospectively where required.
