Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FiveHour AI collects, why we use it, which service providers help us operate, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, selling role, industry, AI experience, learning preferences, workflow goals, eligibility confirmation, onboarding responses, support messages, and optional feedback or testimonials.

When you request a free resource such as the Human-First AI Seller Workflow Scorecard, we collect your email address, an optional first name, the resource version, request date, and limited source or campaign information. We also record whether you separately chose the optional marketing-email checkbox, together with the policy version and time when that choice was made. You receive the requested resource whether or not you choose marketing emails.

Onboarding includes a Seller Blueprint made of broad categories: sales motion, buyer level, offering type, deal complexity, main workflow breakdown, coaching style, seller voice, and AI-policy mode. These categories personalize the program without asking for a customer name, employer secret, live deal record, or other confidential business content.

The private program may store baseline and final numeric self-ratings, lesson completion, and bounded structured practice choices. Those choices can include the selected judgment answer and whether it was correct, hardest dimension, whether a claim appeared unsupported, preferred challenge level, number of revisions, number of attempts, and whether the exercise felt usable. We do not infer that these self-reports prove competence or business performance.

If you purchase the program, Stripe processes your payment details and billing address to calculate applicable tax. FiveHour AI receives payment status, tax totals, and related transaction identifiers, but does not receive or store your complete card number. We also retain the version and server-recorded time of your Service Agreement and eligibility acceptance as part of the transaction record.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on the public site.

2. What the practice experience does not collect

The program does not provide a text box or upload field for the prompt you use in a third-party AI tool, the tool's draft or response, or customer content. FiveHour AI therefore does not collect or store those practice materials through the program. Do not send them through support, feedback, or any other FiveHour AI form. Practice only with public, fictional, or fully generalized information in an AI tool approved by your organization.

3. How we use information

  • Deliver a free resource you request and confirm that delivery by email.
  • Save and display your assessment recommendation.
  • Confirm that the service fits its intended current-work professional-development scope.
  • Use assessment, onboarding, and Seller Blueprint categories to create, review, deliver, and support a relevant learning program.
  • Use completion, self-ratings, and structured practice choices to restore your place, display progress, compare your own baseline and final ratings, select deterministic coaching or retry guidance, and improve program quality.
  • Process enrollment, payment, refunds, and disputes.
  • Send essential resource-delivery, assessment, onboarding, payment, program, progress-reminder, support, and security messages.
  • Send optional educational and launch emails only when you separately choose them.
  • Protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain records required for legitimate business, tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

4. AI processing and separation of progress data

Information from your assessment, onboarding, and Seller Blueprint may be processed through an AI generation provider to help create your program. Use only public, fictional, or fully generalized information. Remove confidential content itself—not merely names or identifiers. Never submit CRM records, transcripts, private pricing, contracts, credentials, personal or regulated data, customer information, trade secrets, or nonpublic company or deal details.

Your lesson-completion records, baseline and final numeric self-ratings, judgment answer and correctness, challenge selection, revisions or attempts, usability choice, and other structured practice choices are not sent to the AI generation provider. Coaching displayed from those choices is selected by preset rules rather than by sending your progress data to a generative-AI model.

AI-generated program material is reviewed and delivered as professional-development content. It may still contain errors, so you must verify it before using it in customer-facing or consequential work.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use specialized providers to run the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and OpenAI for program generation. These providers process information for the services they supply and under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization. FiveHour AI does not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Email choices

An email that delivers a free resource you requested is a service communication. It is sent even when you leave the separate marketing checkbox unchecked. Your assessment confirmation and messages needed to provide or support a purchased program are also service communications. For an active paid program, those communications may include reminders around days 2, 7, 14, and 30 to help you resume and finish the experience.

Optional AI sales tips, educational emails, and launch updates require a separate, unchecked opt-in. Every optional email includes a way to unsubscribe without affecting requested resource delivery or other essential service messages.

7. Retention and security

We retain free-resource request records, including email address, optional first name, resource version, request dates, source information, and any separate marketing choice, while reasonably needed to deliver the resource, honor and document your choice, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, maintain business records, and protect against abuse. We retain assessment, onboarding, Seller Blueprint, program, completion, self-rating, and structured practice records while reasonably needed to create and deliver the program, restore access, provide support, evaluate service integrity, and handle disputes. We may keep payment, tax, agreement, eligibility, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records longer when required or reasonably necessary for those purposes. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete it or remove identifying details through our ordinary record-management process.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Private onboarding and program links should be protected and should not be shared.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, including free-resource request and progress records, by emailing hello@fivehourai.com. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, agreement, eligibility, security, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained. We may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.

9. Eligibility and changes

FiveHour AI is intended solely for adults already engaged in B2B selling through their current employment or an existing business where B2B selling is already part of their work. It is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies this version, and material changes apply prospectively where required.
