Jackie intake and onboarding are included subject to availability, with written questions as a fallback. Ongoing live tutoring, AI subscriptions, expert grading and certification are not included. Actual study time varies.

Refund terms
No change-of-mind refunds once access is provided; exceptions for duplicate charges, failure to deliver access, and refunds required by law.
