Before you start a conversation
The guide is an AI avatar powered by Tavus. Daily provides the video connection. A live session starts only after you choose to start it. You can type with your microphone off, or allow microphone access to speak. Camera access is not required and is disabled for this page.
Tavus and Daily process your audio, typed answers and connection information to provide the conversation. FiveHour AI disables session recording and does not attach a persistent Tavus participant-memory identifier. This does not mean that the providers retain no data; their processing and retention policies and applicable service agreements govern that data. Read Tavus’s privacy policy and Daily’s privacy policy.
If you start a guided lesson with Jackie, we send your learning brief, the teaching example, your current step and a completion signal to Tavus. Jackie gives a brief explanation when you continue. We do not send your practice writing, review notes or quiz choice. Pause Jackie ends the live session; you can keep learning quietly.
Use fictional or public examples. Do not share passwords, personal records, private customer or employer information, or sensitive health or financial details.
Your displayed conversation text remains in this page’s memory and clears when you leave or reload. Your learning brief stays in page memory until you request the sample by email. This email step is required to receive your custom sample: FiveHour AI saves your email, learning brief and delivery record for the 30-day request period. After you open the emailed private link, practice and progress are saved in your browser when available. Email delivery does not enroll you in marketing. For paid onboarding, Jackie fills your answers for review; completing onboarding stores those answers and your course progress with your paid access. See the lesson email privacy details. Anyone using this browser profile may be able to see the saved course. Use the clear-course button to remove it. Downloading your course saves a text file on your device.
To limit usage and end calls, FiveHour AI keeps a hashed session token, provider conversation ID, timestamps and completion status for up to seven days, with removal on subsequent avatar requests. Existing rate-limit records help protect the service. These sessions do not create an email subscription, course enrollment or purchase.
If you allow optional analytics, we record a random browser-tab journey ID, approved campaign labels, timestamps and fixed stage or error categories as you use the free sample flow. These records do not include your email, learning answers or conversation text. They are separate from delivery and payment records. Declining does not prevent learning or requesting a sample; Privacy choices lets you change your selection. Analytics begins with your choice and does not reconstruct earlier actions. This welcome page does not load advertising tags.
Use End conversation or Pause Jackie when finished. The app requests termination when you leave; if the connection fails, Tavus’s maximum five-minute call duration and short absence timeouts provide a further limit.
