1. Parties and electronic acceptance
This Service Agreement is between FiveHour AI LLC, doing business as FiveHour AI ("FiveHour AI," "we," "us," or "our"), and the person or organization purchasing the program ("you"). FiveHour AI LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company with a mailing address at PO Box 113, Mechanicsville, PA 18934.
By checking the agreement box beside the checkout button and continuing to Stripe, you confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to enter this agreement, and intend your electronic action to serve as your signature. You agree to conduct this purchase electronically and confirm that you can open, save, and print this agreement. You may request a free electronic or paper copy by emailing hello@fivehourai.com. If you do not want to transact electronically, do not continue to payment and contact us before purchasing.
2. The purchased professional-development service
The Founding Seller offer is a personalized, 30-day professional-development program solely for adults already engaged in B2B selling through their current employment or an existing business where B2B selling is already part of their work. By purchasing, you confirm that this description applies to you. After successful payment and onboarding, FiveHour AI uses your non-confidential assessment, onboarding, and Seller Blueprint categories with third-party generative-AI tools to prepare a learning path. Depending on the participant, it may include plain-English instruction, two fictional practice cases, worked and flawed examples, objective judgment checks, prompt templates, structured practice check-ins, a private playbook of reusable learning assets, a capstone workflow, and outcome check-ins. The owner reviews the program before delivery through a private online link.
The program is intended only to enhance skills used in your current B2B selling work. It is not career-entry or occupational training, is not designed to prepare anyone to enter a new occupation, and does not qualify anyone for employment or promotion. It does not satisfy employer-training, continuing-education, or licensing requirements and does not award academic credit, certification, a credential, or licensure. FiveHour AI does not provide job placement or promise employment.
This is professional-development education and workflow guidance. FiveHour AI does not sell software, access or manage your systems, send customer communications for you, make decisions for you, or provide legal, financial, tax, employment, compliance, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Price, capacity, tax, and payment
The founding price is a one-time charge of $99 plus any applicable tax shown by Stripe before payment. This purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Stripe processes the payment under its own terms. A paid seat is not confirmed until FiveHour AI receives a verified successful-payment event and issues the private onboarding link.
To protect personal-review quality, FiveHour AI accepts no more than two new paid customers in any rolling seven-day period and serves no more than five active customers at once. Expired reservations may be released, but a completed purchase continues to count toward the seven-day limit even if it is later refunded or disputed. If capacity cannot be honored after payment, FiveHour AI will place the payment under review and provide the remedy required by the Refund Policy or applicable law.
4. Your information and responsibilities
- Provide accurate assessment, contact, onboarding, Seller Blueprint, eligibility, payment, and progress information.
- Use only public, fictional, or fully generalized information. Remove confidential content itself—not merely names or identifiers. Do not submit CRM records, transcripts, private pricing, contracts, credentials, personal or regulated data, customer information, trade secrets, or nonpublic company or deal details.
- Follow applicable law and your employer's, customer's, and third-party tool policies.
- Review and verify every output before using it in customer-facing or consequential business work.
- Do not use the program for deception, impersonation, discrimination, spam, harassment, surveillance, unlawful automated decision-making, or infringement of another person's rights.
5. Delivery and access
Program creation begins after you complete the private onboarding form. Delivery requires a successful payment, complete onboarding information, generation, and personal review. After FiveHour AI receives complete onboarding information, the personalized program is normally delivered within three to five business days. This is a delivery target, not a guaranteed completion date. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If additional review is needed, we will email you with an updated estimate. If we cannot provide the purchased program, we will issue a full refund.
Private program access normally continues for 12 months from delivery. A successful full refund ends private onboarding and program access. A partial refund does not end access. An open payment dispute does not remove access to material already delivered. While the dispute is pending, FiveHour AI may pause preparation, review, or delivery of material not yet delivered; that work resumes if the payment is ultimately confirmed to FiveHour AI. If Stripe reports that the dispute was lost and the payment is reversed, private access ends.
You are responsible for protecting private onboarding and program links and for telling us promptly if a link does not work or appears to have been shared without permission. We may revoke an exposed link and issue a replacement to the enrollment email address.
6. Progress, structured practice, and playbook
The private program may record baseline and final numeric self-ratings, lesson completion, and bounded practice choices such as your selected judgment answer and whether it was correct, hardest dimension, whether a claim appeared unsupported, preferred challenge level, number of revisions or attempts, and whether an exercise felt usable. We use those records to restore your place, display progress, compare your own starting and ending ratings, and select relevant coaching or retry guidance.
Practice coaching is deterministic: preset rules select guidance from the structured choices you make. It is not a live human review, individualized consulting, or a generative-AI evaluation of your draft. The program does not ask you to paste or upload the prompts you use, an AI tool's response, or customer content. You complete practice in an employer-approved third-party AI tool using public, fictional, or fully generalized information.
The private playbook organizes reusable learning assets created for the program. It is not software, a CRM integration, a managed workflow, or a promise that every template will fit every situation. You remain responsible for adapting and verifying each asset before use.
7. Essential program reminders
For an active paid program, FiveHour AI may send essential service reminders around days 2, 7, 14, and 30 after delivery to help you find your private link, resume the work, complete the transfer exercise, and perform the final check-in. Delivery systems or support needs may change the exact timing. These reminders are part of operating and supporting the purchased program; they are not optional marketing, personal coaching, or a guarantee that you will complete the program or obtain a result. Unsent reminders are canceled when access ends after a full refund or lost dispute.
8. Included email support
During the 12-month access term, email support at hello@fivehourai.com includes help with access, technical issues, and clarification of the delivered program. FiveHour AI normally provides a useful first response within two business days. This is a response target, not a promise that every issue will be resolved within two business days. Support does not include emergency, legal, tax, employment, customer-data, cybersecurity, medical, or other regulated professional advice, and it does not add unlimited coaching or consulting beyond the purchased program.
9. AI limitations and outcomes
Generative AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, or outdated material. Human review, fictional practice, judgment checks, deterministic coaching, and a playbook reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every error will be found or that a workflow is appropriate. You remain responsible for your facts, decisions, communications, records, and use of the material.
Five hours saved per week is an aspirational target, not a guaranteed result. Baseline or final self-ratings, judgment correctness, progress, reminders, and completion do not certify competence or guarantee performance. FiveHour AI does not promise or guarantee sales, revenue, earnings, commissions, leads, meetings, close rates, customers, employment, promotion, or time savings. Results depend on your starting point, effort, tools, market, role, data quality, review, and implementation.
10. Ownership and permitted use
You retain ownership of information you submit. You authorize FiveHour AI and its disclosed service providers to process that information only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
FiveHour AI retains ownership of its website, service design, methods, and general materials. After payment, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use and adapt your delivered program and private playbook for your own professional learning and internal business work. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, distribute, or use the program to create a competing product. FiveHour AI does not promise that AI-generated material is exclusive or independently copyrightable.
11. Refunds and cancellation
You may request a full refund before delivery or within seven calendar days after delivery, as explained in the Refund Policy. We also provide a full refund for confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges, inability to provide the purchased program, or payment accepted after the available live seats have been filled without enrollment. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer controls posting time. Private access ends when a full refund succeeds; it remains available after a partial refund.
A particular progress, judgment, self-rating, completion, sales, revenue, earnings, employment, promotion, or time-savings result does not create an automatic refund right. Nothing in this agreement limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
12. Availability, suspension, and termination
The service depends on providers including Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, and tools you choose to use. Availability may be interrupted and reminders may be delayed. We may suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, a lost payment dispute, or a material breach of this agreement. If we terminate a paid enrollment without delivering the program for a reason other than your material breach, we will provide a full refund.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of a particular result, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free progress records, or error-free AI output. FiveHour AI does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from this agreement. FiveHour AI's aggregate liability arising from a paid program will not exceed the amount you paid for that program. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Governing law and disputes
Pennsylvania law governs this agreement without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any non-waivable protections that apply where you live. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to give the other written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. This agreement does not require arbitration and does not waive a jury trial or participation in a class action.
15. Incorporated policies and order of terms
This agreement incorporates the version 2026-08-24 Terms of Service together with the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer. Those dated pages are preserved as part of this agreement. If those documents conflict about a paid enrollment, this Service Agreement controls, followed by the Refund Policy for refund questions and the Privacy Policy for personal-information practices.
This version applies only to purchases that expressly accept it. A later version will apply prospectively to later purchases unless applicable law or your separate agreement permits otherwise. If part of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.
